Please join us for the Kiwanis Terry Cornwell Memorial Tennis Tournament 2008.  This year’s tournament will take place at the St. Johns High School tennis courts with singles competition on Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9; and doubles competition on Saturday, August 9 and Sunday, August 10.

The entry fee is $20 plus one can of new tennis balls for each singles event; and $30 plus 2 cans of tennis balls for each doubles team.  All proceeds go to the Kiwanis Club of St. Johns to help fund their numerous community projects.  In fact, every dollar of your entry fee goes toward these projects as the cost of hosting the tournament comes from the generosity of local sponsors.

There is a charge for parking in the high school parking lot, which is next to the tennis courts.  Tennis students may obtain a weekend parking pass by sending $3.00 with the registration. If they don’t obtain a pass, they will be charged $3.00 for each time they enter to play tennis.  Proceeds for the optional parking pass support high school band and athletics.

Entry fees must be received before Wednesday July 30^th.  Cancellations after August 1^st will be acknowledged as contributions to St. Johns Kiwanis.

Proceeds from  the  Terry Cornwell Memorial Tennis Tournament are used for Kiwanis community projects.
